- Added screen_height and screen_width to the config file
- Added missing files for MS Windows

Hah, I'm so close |-->| to completely support tile flags (slippy / ice, water, shiny, ...).
There just seems to be something messed up with my slot numbers of the flags.

Btw. I'm going to Tennessee the next week, so I'll pause modbaker development for 1 1/2 weeks
But the next features are already getting planned:

Sorry for not working on ModBaker for the last few weeks, but I was really busy at work :-/
But the next week I'm trying to add several other features (like the floor/wall tool Egomap already has).
