1.In a sort of Haunted Village if you stole from a store a voice would yell THIS IS MY STOOOOORE like this

Some sort of toy store. Tons of things that are fun but nothing that causes damage.

Besides, an entire forum section in capital letters is much more noticeable than a post date.
