Normal, I suppose? But I don't mean people who're finnish, though, at least all of them; I mean, in music chatrooms and stuff, people react that way... and it doesn't matter what genres, it's always the same reaction, which is kind of... I don't know, unbelievable. Maybe it's really just that I have very bad luck when it comes to people, but that wouldn't make sense, since I'm still alive and happy and whatever, and many other people get along just fine, despite their different music tastes and habits, etc...penguinflyer5234 wrote:What kind of society do you live in?

Re: Music
It's hard for me to answer because I'm a fan of jazz music, classical music, video game music, R&B music and basically anything that isn't played on a live stage regularly these days. Going out and listening to music at a concert is a foreign concept to me, although maybe it's easier to understand that kind of culture from the outside.
IMO you have unique tastes and whoever is saying "you're not allowed to like this unless you do this" is an elitist trying to create that image. Whether you listen to your music at a "gig" or on the internet at home doesn't change the fact that you're listening to it. One could argue that the fact that you put time into listening to this music despite hearing, financial and social difficulties makes you a more devoted fan.
It has an impact on your social image, nothing else.

Re: Music
Just now recording the NFS Porsche Unleashed soundtrack. Why? Because EA is selfish and decided to make the music files inaccessible, and said files seem to be similar to .midi files (as in, the game "plays" the music for you, it's not just playing full recordings). How? Audacity + rerouted my headphones to my speaker (audio driver options).
Here's a taste of what I'm recording from the game:

EDIT: I *was* going to post some of the Smuggler's Run soundtrack, but apparently nobody has it on Youtube. I'll try to do some uploading later on.

Re: Music
Smuggler's Run Soundtrack, as promised. Mostly '90s electronic stuff, but some of it's pretty good. It's listed alphabetically, so you'll probably need to listen to each one individually to find something you like.
Next time, please do not put 13 flash objects in one post. Keep it near 5 or so. --pf5234
EDIT: Sure PF, but for the time being I have exactly one more video (unrelated to the earlier ones):
