@Aleco: You're supposed to raise it by 1 at a time, so currently:
-10 + 1 + 1 - 3 = -11

Perhaps, but I'm losing as soon as I go to sleep since then all the US and Aussie members will be free to post as they'd like. Besides, none of the other mods are participating so it's fine if Clonks joins the mod team. (But he'd only take 1 at a time, not 2).
