Because "user-friendly", woodmouse, everything's become more simple so that anyone can use it, but no one can find out how it works :?

Actually, it's closer to "Oh you wanted XYZ? Well here's a link to it, through this service, that service, and this other service (you have to go through all of them) because they advertise and give me money to host this site when I link to them!".

@Clonkinator: Rereading one of your old PnPs made me realize just how easy it is to dominate an arena with a stun attack.

Oh, yeah. :P
Preventing your enemy from acting is pretty powerful indeed, which is why I tend to price such abilities a bit higher than normal. :?

Indeed.

IN OTHER NEWS...
1. (~9 months ago) Played New Vegas. A LOT.
2. (~4 months ago until today) Bought, played the crap outta Fallout 3.
3. (Today) Found nothing more to do in Fallout 3. Level 30, no more quests, no more unexplored areas, no unfound weapons or armors [that I care about], and collecting bobbleheads sounds boring. Decided to start a New Vegas game.
4. (Seconds ago) Started up New Vegas. It seemed...alien.

Freaky, huh?

That's how I felt about 3 after I finished New Vegas and wanted to play 3 again (having played 3 a few years ago).

NEW VEGAS UPDATE: Doing stuff for people in Goodsprings. Aside from it being annoying having to buy food and drink (and later on I bet I'll have to rent rooms), Hardcore is actually quite easy. The cache that the backstabbing guy ("oh help my girlfriend she's on that ridge and surrounded by geckos", and later "sorry I tricked you, and now I have to kill you") was hiding was full of useful stuff and a 10mm that I quickly dispatched him with.

Hardcore was never as hardcore as it was realistic if you ask me. Especially the whole thing with ammunition having weight - if you're playing on normal you're going to end up as a walking munitions stockpile with 3 STR.
