Yes, I meant elixirs, sorry for confusion. Elves can not only be awesome tanks, but they are almost perfect wizards, as for latter levels only thing that they are weaker in is mana flow and elves get much better accuracy. My elf can throw off max charged fireballs without resting(in dragon hide it's...

Actually, you can sustain Protection, Shield(or Battleward however it is right now) AND Enchant on high enough lvl and with Bracelet of Wizardry and Mageblade. Not sure if Mageblade is necessary, that spells though, give insane reduction, that is 3 for all damage types excluding holy(which is invert...

Rather than having the weapon change itself, have the character holding the weapon spawn the appropiate weapon and set content depending on that. IfSpawned SetTargetToSelf tmpx = rand % 10 tmpy = 0 IfXIsEqualToY tmpargument = XX tmpdistance = RIGHT SpawnAttachedCharacter tmpargument = 200 SetConten...

Ah, I see. Thanks anyway. I'll try to find a way around it.

Umm, I have few questions: 1. Is there a function to change size without enchanting? Because battleaxe is naturally 1.7 size and it's not compatibile with ChangeTargetClass I think, and I really don't want lvled battleaxe. :P 2. Is it possible to change holder's content using weapon script? Like thi...

While I like both of these swords, I think weapons in Egoboo are more symbolic and ridiculus then realistic, like Zefz said normal sword is bigger then chars holding it also cinquedas are much wider then real designs. We could use random model for scimitar also. In my unfinished module(i wonder if I...

That's a very cool idea. It wouldn't disturb normal game where it is too odd to keep and in addition it would be an interesting item.

I say without because it looks more realistic generally. In real life when you climb on hills with such angles(like on pictures) you lean forward to keep balance unless the angle is rather low and if it's low angle it's rather irrevelant change. Also... Jumping from hills looks kinda weird... (see z...

That is a bug? :o I thought that on newer revision it works only for undead because it makes sense (undead only spell or spell that players shouldn't get due to it's extreme potent, awesome spell really). :P

Other necromancy spells: Book of Skull Wall Book of Skull Trap Book of Lifedrain I just wanna add that Lifedrain doesn't work very well for players since some v (perhaps 2.6.8 or even earlier). Instead of draining life from enemy, caster is damaing himself(or elf does...). As for that build it soun...

Re: Next step

Sidequests and hero classes are always welcome i guess. Although we don't have many hero classes now so that would be probably more important right now. As for other modules, i had an idea for survival-like module. I wanted to make one but i have school year now sadly(and knowing myself i wouldnt ev...

What about the penguinflyers, how does the latest revision work for you?
I updated SVN Egoboo repository and used this exe and it works just fine.

Thanks Clonkinator, the sword is great for multiple monsters. Died a few times on Trogs do to the range of spears and them always breaking my block. How should I fight Scorpion without the lightning wand? Use a spear? You can try using landmines nearby, also slashing weapons might cut off hes claws...

This probably has something to do with your class. Some are much better at Melee combat than others. Elves and Wizards, for example, are poor melee fighters. Welcome, and have a cookie. :cookie: Thanks for the cookie :) I know that a wizard is weaker at melee, but I am using an adventurer. Its fine...
