Most important fixes:
- Game no longer crashes.
- No more strange physics bugs.
- Particles work normal again (fireballs and fire ring too!)
- Saving your game and progress works properly.

These are quite important fixes.

I guess that everything feels more stable again... I'm hasppy that the particle despawning bug (insect blud etc.) is also fixed.

What does happen to the rust eater when it eats something kursed, by the way? And is the skin messup bug on restart fixed too?

BTW: This also happens in Windows if you use a low resolution (like 720*540 or 640*480).

Rust Monsters get poisoned when they eat kursed weapons. But I'm not sure how many Kursed weapons are marked as [RUST] (rustable).

The skin bug on restart is not fixed and the layout bug on low resolutions is known, I'm not sure if that one is fixed but it isn't critical and not a priority fix for 2.8.1
