My interpretation was that the lovely ribcage adorning it is what remained of what was sacrificed for it, but either way, yes, let's let it be. :P I'll make a post soon.

I guess I can't expect you to touch that thing right from the start, you already know what I'm capable of as a GM. ^^

I need to come up with some proper lore and make a rough map for this PnP, this is the most bare-bones improv story I've done yet.
TBH I still have no idea where the story and the setting is going, but hopefully the ride is enjoyable.

Oh, wait, actually, there is one thing that's thoroughly planned in this PnP: Monster encounters.

Nice, very interesting read as usual!

As for the game itself, I'll post later today, maybe in 6-8 hours. Taking out a single Hollow should be a trivial task no matter what it's capable of, provided it didn't bring any friends.
Remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer

I too will be posting later, I don't really have the time to focus since I'm at work today. Looking forward to seeing how scary it will be to make up for that measly 12 HP. :P

Heh, this was meant to be a very easy encounter, but I didn't actually expect it to be over in one action. xD

Maybe this is for the best, since your next encounter with a Hollow will have a slightly different tone to it, and this makes for a good preview.

You probably should have, considering that Cyclone does 12-36 damage. Not counting the miss, even the lowest possible roll for both number and strength of the blades would have killed it outright. :P

Oh, and:

I've actually forgotten to give you some stress relief for that... You'll get some next time.
Lies!
...I only have a single point of Stress, but still. :P

Your stress point will vanish in the next GM post.

This is almost certainly a trap.
...and I'm pretty confident we can handle whatever comes at us as a result, so I don't really care. :V

Apparently I dreamed that there was a new post today by Shade, wherein Oz changed his tune and the narration revealed that he was colourblind. :?

Does the Maximised Damage fizzle after one turn if it's not applied to that turn's action, or will I hold onto it for next turn's attack?

Also, it seems as though you didn't deduct Stress for War Banner.

It will trigger once you perform an applicable attack - It is also indicated in the status table that Nica still has the effect.
Entropy Bolt didn't trigger it since there were no parameters to maximize for that spell.
