It provides a passive +1 AC and allows her to make use of abilities marked with [G] while it is equipped. There may also be more to come... No, I didn't really give Natasha much of a background. She was basically the pleb of all plebs, until she found the metal arm and figured 'well this is pretty coolbeans, it'd be a waste not to go and smash some bads with this/if there's anyone to make the pilgrimage it's probably the one with a unique piece of arm badassery' and went from there.
I swear coming up with combo abilities is more fun than actually playing.
Natasha
Shred - Enemies afflicted by Gauss' Geyser Strike ability become easier to grapple, taking -5 on their saving throw to resist the grapple. If Natasha successfully grapples such an enemy
all of the remaining delayed bleeding damage that they still have stacked for them at that point is added up, doubled, and applied immediately. The enemy is then held in a grapple as usual if they still have HP remaining.
Gauss
Perforate - Enemies afflicted by Natasha's Dent Armor ability take +1 more damage and +x0.1 more backstab damage from Gauss, per point of AC malus they have stacked on them.
