I fail at sarcasm.
*goes cry in a corner*

(Also, I find those DC near-20 INT checks for most of those basic low-level spells we've been learning so far to be a bit excessive. That means even someone like Bruce still has like a 50:50 chance not to understand a simple spell unless he has like +20 INT, which seems silly.)

(Cyclone, White Wind and Mirror Image are actually mid-level spells, as are the ones that Bruce taught you.)

I don't think it was ever actually revealed to Kirisa yet what the Sigils' purpose actually is (if it was, do point it out to me - I may have forgotten), so naturally she wouldn't care about them much.

(They open up the well, Gideon explained that before you set off.)

I know they open up the well, but from what I remember, you only told us about it here in the talk thread, not our characters in the game. At least I can't find the part where Gideon supposedly says it.

Then again, who am I to doubt your word. I'll post something appropriate, then.

I think I remember the actual sentence. Since the sigils weren't explicitly the "subject" of the sentence, I can see how it might have been forgettable, though.

If you're interested, the other things I thought about using were Alacrity and Thunderwall.
Depending on how this plays out, Alacrity is in fact likely to come next, but there were too many uncertainties for me to use Thunderwall. I'm not sure if it's a rectangular "wall" in one direction or more of a spheric "barrier" around us, I don't know if enemies are considered to pass through it for every melee attack or just once, and having to give up my minor action to cast it would also have prevented me from using Magic Eye, so I opted for Mirror Image instead.

It creates an actual wall in a single direction, just like the name implies, and yes, enemies (and allies - 'anything') passing through are damaged every time they do so for as long as the spell lasts.

Should I cast some Mirror Images or a Thunderwall as well, or get on the offensive?

Keep in mind that you're both in the front right now, in case you've forgotten.

I have no problem being at the front, but Carlos should probably step back. He has less HP than Kirisa does and he doesn't have Magic Shield.

So I'd suggest you either step back and attack, or at the very least cast mirror images as well.

I'll do that, and probably toss out a Thunderbolt. Will write post when I have more time.

I'm working on the next post, but I don't know if I can finish in time for today. If not, I'll try to post it tomorrow in the afternoon.

Wheew, not bad, Cime.

Shade, should you heal Oswin while I cast a Thunderbolt on A?

Wow, those stats are way out there (+22 Hit!?). You tryin' to kill us? xD
Imagine Karina trying to fight those things!

@AoD: Yeah, I kinda wanted to abuse Malice, but your plan is the better one.
Also, screw my mirror images, no way am I gonna stay at the front lol. These things could cleanly OHKO Kirisa if it wasn't for Magic Shield, with near zero chances of me dodging it, and Magic Shield does jack against multiple strikes.
