Hello! (Seeking Art Development!)

I just came across this game shortly after I got my laptop back with the awesome ubuntu OS. I must say, this game is very well done! I really enjoy the "pick up and drop about anything" feature. As for the squirrel? Genius! Fantastic game play.

I would really like to become part of the development process creating textures, models, environments, and pretty much anything that involves art development. I dont have much "game development" experience, mostly just played around with level editors (which I love doing), but I do have a strong artistic background, mainly traditional.

I dont have any recent examples of my work but feel free to check out my deviantart @ cruciata.deviantart. (Theres only a small amount of work there thats actually in my portfolio. I'll gladly send it to you for review.) I have quite a bit of free time these days, and I'm looking forward to creating lots of ideas and content.

...Oh, and I couldn't tell from what you said whether you do or not, but do make sure you have the latest version... A lot of people just have what was packaged with Ubuntu or however that goes, which is the super-outdated 2.22.

Cant get the latest version installed. Well, I dont know how, the readme is confusing... Im great with Windows but I'm new to Ubuntu... I got it to work once on my windows desktop. Wouldn't run again cuz some random SDL went missing for no apparent reason. Alotta hardware is toast in that thing...
