But I came up with stuff so that the player would not actually have to speak (we can't really record more voices for the original characters...).

Cool, I really have nothing to do this weekend (Christmas break, don't have any plans), so I can get to recording a few and you can see how they sound.

Do you not think a generic speech for most classes and a few special ones for specific classes (healer, paladin and zombi... and tourist?) is enough? Most of the end speeches in that script seem kinda the same.

Not really.
It sort of reflects the goals of the different characters and such.

The Soldier gets a prestigious position, the Archaeologist gets treasure, etc.

Every one alludes to the character's class in some way or another.
