Woodmouse's weird musics

Post by woodmouse »

Alright, here are some musics I made. They are weird, and are probably not best for Egoboo, but if they're good, they can be used, if Zefz wants. But anyway... Enjoy them. They're short.

Hmm, interesting.
Keep working and you might be able to make something nifty (and longer :P).
What are you using to make them?

Anvil and Samplitude.
Anyway, I am able to make longer stuff, it's just that I'm usually too lazy to, because I hate this sort of music. (yes, I make music I hate.) Becauze, I soon will start a band with two of my friends. (We will play heavy!!!) lol, anyway, I'll make more "possible Egoboo-ish music" still.

Cool; when you start your band, be sure to record stuff and post it here. :)

Well, yeah. :) I will, but first... my friend needs a bass. Well, he can do something else, he said it himself. Bass isn't that much needed anyway.

A tip for anyone who wants to: Think of it as a giant violin if you've played the violin, and as a guitar with a bow if you've played the guitar.

A note, since we're on musics:
In my new school I am taking music lessons, and allready can compose some simple rythms and possibly melodies.
We are talking about a computer program to make the music come alive, and if I find out what it is (if it's good) I do believe I shall make some more music.
Hopefully some can be applied to Egoboo!

BumpelibumpelibumpeliBUUUMP! A big one, almost two years... lol. My english sucked a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit back then... "musics".
I thought that I don't want to spam in the music thread with my selfish advertisement of my retardness, it's time to bump this thread. :P

So, I was 61% bored and 39% tired, then I started doing something and here's the result... WEIRD PIKACHU DUBSTEP!!!

...and then I realized, making dubstep (although it's not 100% that but well) is easy and fun, so now I'm gonna do like... lots and lots. Too bad I couldn't find other pokemons' sounds anywhere, otherwise I'd do a full album of weird pokemon dubstep, although that's been done so many times that it's a bit lame. But lame is fun. :P

The other two songs I did are in youtube.

Opinions? Does the bass have enough low end? What should I do?

A bit too noisy, dirty and heavy for my tastes, but hilariously whimsical.
Spoiler: Moderately wide-ish image is moderately wide-ish

I expect you to consider this at least mildly entertaining.

Dubstep is about more than wavering your bass up and down after you drop it. :P
The part before the step was actually pretty good, though.

Ok. :o

This turned out a lot weirder than intended:

...and a lot more annoying to AoD than intended?

My friend Mauro is now doing vocals for Tortoise Potato stuff. :D
WARNING: lyrics might be slightly NSFW (or more like, NSFS) since they're kinda like about Pikachu's sex life partly.

Except for something at the end about marbles or more balls, the lyrics were (apparently fortunately) unintelligible for me.

It's nice, but you should probably give this another name. It is based on Pikachu Uses The Stairs, but without those weird sound effects it just isn't the same.

Well, thinking of good song titles is hard so they won't be retarded. :P
