My plans have changed epicly, apparently. I'll be away most of the day, but next week is when I drive northwise to San Luis Obisbo.

Loggy Log:
Day 1
-Got some coal
-Dug some dirt out of the caverns
-Got spooked by zombie noises, headed to surface
-Got cacti bits, sugar cane (but they'll grow back)
-Got wool
-Got leather
-Got iron ore (yay!)
-Made "Max's Hideout & Small Mine"
-Slept for the night.
Day 2
-Suffocated half to death after making the ceiling too low
-Made a cool painting
-Furnace'd the iron ore
-Got some more coal and iron ore.
-Had to quit for awhile; saved progress.
"Failing to plan is planning to fail."
Bug me if you want to play a game.

I really hope for your own sake that by "Day 1" and "Day 2" you are referring to in-game days.
:)

Of course!

Day 2 Continued
-Got some pork
-Got some wool
-Put iron in the furnace, got ingots
-Made two chests in the Hideout, put stuff in them.
-Started cutting down a fairly large tree.
Night 2
-Used wool and wood planks to make a crafting bench and bed; slept on a tiny tower of wool.
Day 3
-Finished cutting down the tree. Got a ton of wood and saplings, and found two dropped feathers (zombie?)
-Killed a creeper, nearly died from a sneakier one.
-Got arrows and feathers (skeletons and zombies, no doubt)
-Got cactus blocks, got poked by a cactus (left with 1 full heart)
-Made a leather tunic; cooked some pork and ate it
-Put a sapling atop the Hideout.
-Found a second mushroom!
Night 3
-Headed for the Hideout
-Slew a Zombie and dashed into the Hideout
-Cooked some pork
-Slept.
Day 4
-Extended the mine a bit, got some iron ore, took the dropped items from the zombies and skeletons. Thought about making a second entrance. Found a creeper at the door, decided to make the second entrance. Moved the painting.
-A :curse: creeper was waiting for me when I made the second entrance. Got some shrapnel to the face and some health taken.
-Finished the secondary entrance (on top of the hill that the Hideout was built from)
-Killed a spider, got nothing. Killed a few pigs, got pork. Headed to the Watchtower.
-Decided to make an endless lava pit nearby (see "how to make an infinite water source"), possibility of fencing around it.
-Pulled ingots out of furnace, cooked pork at Hideout.
-Made a 2X2 square hole in sand for lava; put fencing around hole; put door in fencing.
Night 4
-Headed back to the Hideout quickly
-Got a spider bite in the back of my leather tunic. Took SOME damage, but not much.
-Got inside, fell asleep.
Day 5
-Slew the spider that bit me earlier. Got string.
-Got pork via obvious means.
-Got some leather and string.
-Took more shrapnel to the face, but not after showing that creeper who was smarter (guided it into a cactus, no less)
-Collected arrows and bones.
-Took a bucket of lava from the watchtower.
-Watched all but one of my fences burn. Nooooo!
-Somehow turned 2 buckets of lava into 1, dumped lava back into the lava-y watchtower
-Lost some dirt while trying to scale the watchtower
-Took the door off the former lava pit, then put a square "ring" of cobblestone around it. Planning to turn it into an endless lava pit eventually, if not an endless water source.
-Made an endless water source.
-Headed to the Hideout at sunset.
-Cooked some porkchops, put stuff in the double chest.
-Slept and saved the game.

Ok, I don't know wtf, but loading our save file freezes my game completely now. That does not happen with different saves I have. Possibly the file is corrupt, or the seed is bad and I dug out something I shouldn't have...

So here it is. Maybe it'll fix itself if someone else plays it.

- Continued work in the stripmine.
- Started building the Fort wall.
- Ran out of cobblestone :C

Don't do any work on my fort, I want to finish it myself.

Mine didn't freeze, just ran *extremely* slowly. The file has probably corrupted itself... We might have to start over. :(

Out of context your post is seriously disturbing.
(I once read what this term refers to in the TVTropes article about shock sites. And despite not having done so myself, I don't recommend researching it if you don't know about it.)

Sorry, I just meant that "bluewaffle" as a level seed ends up with some cool terrain. I'm being serious. And if you don't like that one, the Minecraft forums have an entire thread dedicated to seeds.

Uh, no. The Minecraft forums have an entire subforum devoted to seeds. It was mentioned and even linked to earlier in the thread.
