I'll join depending on when I actually get Minecraft.

You can't expect me to do anything noticeable, though. Nowadays I spend most of my Minecraft time harvesting my sugarcane again and again, and wondering how I could actually run out of cobblestone.

I used to wonder the same.
Then I tried to build a massive tower out of it.
Needless to say, I ran out of cobblestone so hard I started to wonder how I could ever possibly have thought I had enough cobblestone.
You can never have enough cobblestone. :P
It's even worse with iron

If you strip mine in advance, you'll have enough. :P

Here's my current log:

-Improved the aesthetics of Das Noobunker
-Started a square mine on the other side (covered by glass)
-Found a massive cave complex in it (watch for mobs!)
-Gathered lots of iron and coal
-Explored the HUGE cave complex down to diamond level (lots of redstone, some gold, 3 diamonds, craptons of iron and coal)
-Got too scared of the cave and ran away c:
-Started a watchtower
-Found a huge clay deposit
-Built a map

Better start putting some cobblestone and coal aside ASAP for that fortress, I wanted to build it out of stone blocks...
Put spares in the Nooboxes (inside the Noobunker) if you got any.

Don't worry, there's plenty (and it doesn't take long to mine from my stripmine).

Why do you not simply start a continious multiplayer server? Then everyone could play at the same time :D

I thought about that, but then I remembered: Timezones. Also physical distance and therefore lag.

Also there's a bit of novelty to waiting for your turn and discovering what everyone else has been doing. It would get boring a lot faster if we could all go in at once.

Everything I was too lazy to type (and for the latter part, to find the words to use). :P
Shelly's claimed it, btw.

Finished my turn.

Adventure log:
Worked on strip mine
Started sugar cane farm
Explored around and collected coal
Rebuilt tools (+map, +full use items in chest)
Implemented iron doors 10 seconds before a creeper attacked :D
Ran around in circles
Collected some stone
//Break//
Continued with sugar cane farm
Found a cave
Prepared items to explore cave
Found massive lava pit in cave
Lit up cave with torches
Began extracting materials (still lots of coal methinks)
Smelted iron
Made everything ready for the next person

There is some lapis lazuli and more unadventured parts in the cave. I put a sign out the front pointing in the direction of it, it's really close.

EDIT: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?hvx1ydhbdiwo0dd
Unzip, take out Egoboo folder from Egoboo (or else it won't work), then paste that egoboo folder into saves in the Minecraft folder.
