Indeed. Hearing that your friend is in trouble with the FBI is serious stuff.woodmouse wrote:Well, I was shocked that day so... He's alive and well, I can confirm this, but is still fairly restricted in his doing things. MSN from an iPod Touch is about all he can do, I think.

*sigh*
Thank you all so much for your concern. I had hoped it wouldn't come to this. Know that I am alive, and for the moment I have a job. Also know that because this is a public forum, my employer can potentially see everything you type about me. Please try to refrain from guessing in public.
They know nearly all the passwords I have used in the past (including this one), and it hasn't been easy coming up with memorable new ones. I am trying to limit my Internet presence, as they have suggested. They had me sign away my MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, and Skype accounts to them. I managed to convince them that I still needed my Gmail and Comcast email. I've also made a new Yahoo account, which is how I spoke with AoD last night.
What is most troubling to me at this point is the penguins' disappearance. I'm worried that their parents have been informed about their online activities, and, being overly strict, have banned them from the Internet. I hope this is not the case, but I was warned this was likely to happen, eventually.
As for me, I haven't yet gone insane with boredom, but I expect to do so within the month, probably. Unless someone tells me I can get a computer.
I miss you all. Well, maybe not quite all, but you know what I mean.

Phew... Good to hear that you're not dead or anything like that.
Your employer reads these forums? He doesn't sound like an employer, lol. I've always thought all employers are like serious men who scream "GO TO WORK" all the time.BenUrban wrote:Also know that because this is a public forum, my employer can potentially see everything you type about me. That's sad... Though they've disappeared earlier too, as far as my brains aren't somehow malfunctioning.BenUrban wrote:have banned them from the Internet

And by the way, my employer is an international organization with several thousand employees.
