Or simply fix the hitbox so that it doesnt damage everything in a mile radius.

rev 1314 (2.6.x branch): (is the 2.6.x branch supported anymore?)

Text is odd in the menus (some are not supposed to be left/right justified, for instance)
Character screen is still broken at 1152x864
Aborts with egoboo-2.x: ChrList.c:422: ChrList_add_used: Assertion `!ChrList.lst[ichr].obj_base.lst_state.in_used_list' failed.
Nothing unusual in the log
(Also I have an experimental binary for Linux users!)

I don't think any work has been done to the 2.6.x branch since we made the 2.9.x when we ported Egoboo over to C++. The 2.9.x branch has fixed many issues but has some other problems as well, but it's still the way to go for the future release.

Sorry, this means Egoboo 2.8.1 won't be released and the next release is delayed until 2.9.0 is finished.
