Yeah, it's also rather advantageous.
But I thought about also using Chainsaw's idea of preventing him from even drinking potions.

Another idea I had was to make both health and mana potions reduce his max stat by four or five times the usual amount.
I might go with that one; it makes more logical sense... he can absorb the potion, but he has practically no body, and thus no natural defenses to ward off the negative side effects.

This would require different scripting for the potion objects, though.

Hmmm Zefz, can there be a possiblity to have two models that are used for the same class? I mean, at the same time. Like a weapon that is always in the character's hand?

You mean permanently attaching a model into another model?

(Like adding an extra head to a character or the wings of the mephits or the claws of a scorpion?)

Yes, that's what I mean. But with a HUUUGE sword. I need this because I think I make a hero class with a huge sword, but it couldn't be able to use other weapons and that no one would use the sword. Hero class for Soldier, I think.

So you want a weapon in, say his right hand which cannot be dropped, put away, switched, etc.?

Yes, that's what I want. I tried to make it in the model, but it didn't work goodly... And if it's kursed, other people can grab it when the character dies... :? So it's hard to make, right?

Just remove the drop/switch item animation for the character. Then he CANNOT get rid of the sword in any way.

Script it like the evil sword; if someone who does not have that character's IDSZ picks it up, (s)he drops it instantly.
Easy enough to do.


2222- Like an kurse-removing scroll? That would be really helpful. It wouldn't need to be too expensive or rare, though....

...Back to Hero classes: I should have a downloadable Recondite Panoply ready tomorrow morning-ish.
I just have a few little things to clean up, but I'm just not sure whether I'll get it uploaded and posted tonight.
