Want to play the game, but is not opening.

I play this game a few years ago, and a few days gave me a strong desire to play again. I had even forgotten the name of the game, and after much searching by google images (
) I managed to find. So I downloaded the game and installed it, but it did not open. I wonder if it's because I use Windows 7.
