Ive been working on the steam walker I mentioned here.
I took the Hotdog files as a template. Everything works fine in Egoboo.
Currently I am animating the walker but I stumbled on a problem.
The walker has both attack and walking animation.
It looks weird when hes both attacking and walking at the same time since its the attack animation that is shown (and his legs dont move). Also sometimes the movement animation speed is being applied to attack animation what looks a bit odd.
I wanted to ask if theres any simple fix for that problem.
The attack animation is important as the walker points his arm forward to breath fire.
Without the attack animation he points it at the ground.
As far as I read there wasnt any animation code for a shared walk+attack. (I mean those Action Codes.)
Perhaps there could be a way to force the walker to stop and stand still while hes attacking?
Probably something with scripting but Im not good with it yet.

Ok. Nevermind. I got it working somehow.
In the end the walker stops while attacking.
