Egoboo PSP
I'm probably going out on a limb by suggesting this, but what if we made a port of an early Egoboo version to the PSP? It could be a foot in the door for the PSP homebrew scene. I have a PSP, and would be more than willing to help out, and I know where we would spread the news if it was ever realized: http://wololo.net/talk/ .

I don't like the idea, but my opinion is like a tomato anyway, so.

I am pretty sure you are making it sound easier than it really is. Remember that Egoboo is written and designed with to work on Windows, Linux and Macintosh platforms. Porting it to a completely new platform such as PSP would take tremendous work and testing (would also require that developer has access to a PSP).

Re: Egoboo PSP
the PSP does not have enough memory to store all of Egoboo, I'm afraid.
Right now Egoboo running the Healer Starter is taking 106 MB of memory by itself, and the PSP only has 24/56 MB for applications

Porting stuff from PCs to consoles is easier than vice-versa, but I get your point.Zefz wrote:I am pretty sure you are making it sound easier than it really is. Oh well. It was worth asking about.penguinflyer5234 wrote:the PSP does not have enough memory to store all of Egoboo, I'm afraid.
