Bad elf
The elf is horrible. Most of my characters
are at level 10 like the elf. And there so
much better than him he's the only character
that dose not have a full row of life points.
And his strength is horrible. The only thing
really good about him is his mana respawn.
Should he be a little bit better in some ways,
maybe not strength but in something else.

Being a gamer ruins my perspective of life, Good thing I have 2 more.

His elven nature skill isn't really implemented yet. He has great dexterity, really fast (even with good armor) ultimate mana return and with pretty good arcane skills (only beaten by the wizard). His only weakness is life and strength actually (he can even use [AWEP]). His class skills he gains later are pretty useful too.
The elf is only "horrible" if you don't know how to use him. Don't go melee with it. Use its insane mana regeneration rate to its fullest potential and avoid melee combat at all costs. In fact, if you use him well and give him the right spells, the elf vastly outclasses even the wizard in terms of usefulness.

I admit that I actually like meleeing with an elf. You can wield the sword so fast that most Mooks are defeated before they can attack me the second time... which rocks.
Oh, and the Dragon Hide armor could be a reason
You get hit by some strong enemy, and it hardly tickles.
I don't even need potions if I have an amulet of Regeneration, what makes a Dragon Hide elf a better tank than the Soldier, since the Elf takes less damage and therefore profits more from the amulet...
Also, Fire Ring gets completely pwnoid combined with the Dragon Hide which absorbs most of the defense from the flames. Especially against the trap tranches in sand palace the Ring of Flames is devastating.
Elf+Dragon Hide+Fire Ring+Sword+Regen Amulet+Book of Missile=I'll be fine.
Oh, and Unlock is useful too.
And afaik, you can even purchase the Dragon Hide from the money you can earn in the Elf Starter.
Morph=100 Zenny
Protection=100 Zenny
Faerie Light=100 Zenny
Gonne=50 Zenny
Mallet=20 Zenny!?
Bow=??
Trap=20 per trap, and there are 5!?
anything else=??
At least it should be enough for some decent spellbooks and equipment - mithril armor is cool too.
Oh, and the Jive Elf is cool, too.

Re: Bad elf
Where can you find the mithril armor?
Re: Bad elf
I don't remember if it's actually guaranteed to be in any of the dungeons, but if you really want it, I know it's sold randomly in the armour shop in Bishopia.Gat'lin Gun wrote:Where can you find the mithril armor?
