(I'm trying to make more threads. This forum looks scarydead.)
I really like the Paladin class, as well as the Archaeologist.
They're both interesting characters; good combination of skills.
I'm not sure which I like more, but I voted for the Paladin because he has been around / been my favorite for longer.
I actually like all of them a lot, and can play as all of them. But those two are my favorites, and I think I'm probably better with the Paladin than anything else.

I'll drink to that.

My favourite is the adventurer, and he'll probably always be, no matter how slow he's being made.
I just love his versality, and he looks pretty awesome, too. Also, since I never really like to focus on either physical weapons or spells anyway, why not just take both?
However, always being a slowpoke isn't exactly what I want, which is why I like the rogue just as much as the adventurer. He isn't quite as strong as the adventurer, but he's a ton faster, and his rogue skills are pretty neat, too.
I voted for the adventurer though because his starter is easier to finish. xD"

You can always buy running shoes from Zippy, pretty much all my characters have them. Even the Rogue, I'm a speed freak.
I know, but shoes take up an additional inventory slot, which I usually don't have free to spend. >_<
